George was nervous. Today N.A.S.A was revealing his latest project at the smithsonian. Something that would change the world. For good or bad he didn't know.
"Hello George",said a voice behind him. He cringed at the voice but pulled a fake smile.
"Ah! My old college chum!"Replied George, turning around.
"How are you Hal?"
"I'm fine, said Hal waving the question away.
"But I'm really excited to see your secret project you've been working on."
"Me to." George awnsered,
"Of course you'll have to wait like everyone else".
"So no tiny little details?" Said Hal, sounding a little hurt.
"Okay, George sighed, I'll give you one." Hal leaned in in anticipation.
"It's a completely"- and then a voice over the speakers sounded out saying
"it's time for the unveiling of project Thor, will George dalen please make your way to the stage. Thank you."
From the ashes| paragraph two On a planet, far away, in the darkest reaches of a barren wasteland,
The elemental had woken, alerting the IT of his presence,
ITs time had come,
And IT was ready,
I ran through the foliage as fast as I could, dodging under branches, jumping over fallen trees. I had started running awhile back. Two weeks? Three? Time didn't matter anymore, only not getting caught. Branches snapped behind me, I didn't look back, running even faster. I heard the pounding of feet that told me they were gaining. Frantically I took a sharp turn left, jumping into a river. I submerged myself, barely moving. Above the surface I saw movement, a boy about my age walked to the edge of the river.
"He's got to be somewhere around here." He spoke, his voice muffled.
"Search the area." the boy commanded.
"he can't have gone far." The boy ran away towards where he thought I would be. i waited
